About Me

Hi, I’m Rashaad, better known as Shardie by family and friends and of course blogs, forums, websites and such. A brief description of me would be that I grew up in Durban. I matriculated at Newlands East Senior High School in 1990 and thereafter attended The Johannesburg Art Foundation where I studied Graphic Design for 3 years.

I worked in various firm and eventually started my own design company in 1998 (theimagehouse). In 2000 I moved to Newcastle – yes the Newcastle in South Africa, where I am currently residing and continue my design work.

I love Newcastle – the peace and short distances to everything.
