It’s only a matter of time and seems inevitable that file sharing websites like Megaupload will be closed down. Apparently the USA feels that it can control the internet and seems to be getting it right without the help of SOPA and PIPA. Filesonic has recently followed suit and closed its file sharing completely which actually makes the facility totally useless. Now you can only download files that you have uploaded – no more sharing. The FBI says that this is to kill piracy especially More

Packet of Romantics
Anyone who knows me, knows that I have a hellava sweet tooth. I just love sweets, cakes, chocolates, biscuits…you get the picture. Romantics is just one of those sweets you pop into your mouth and enjoy the sweet taste… until now. I was in Jo’burg (Johannesburg for our international visitors) a few weeks ago at a sweet warehouse and got a packet of Romantics – amongst other luxuries. This evening I wishing for something sweet so I opened the packet and popped one in. Damn!!! this aint no Romantic. I bit on it and it just crumbled like a compressed block of sugar. It was as sweet as hell. I even convinced my wife to taste one. I tried another… just as bad. No way was I going to give my kid those. Then it dawned on me of the rubbish they make for the kids today. No wonder they are sitting with allergies, coughing and hyper active.
Before I threw them in the bin I decided to dissolve a few in a small cup of water just for fun. I was horrified to see what was floating on top that couldn’t even dissolve.
Take a look at the pics to see what I mean. This is the crap that we are giving our kids and then when they are up all night coughing, we want to pump them with medicines. We need to rethink what we are feeding our kids and if this is just one type of sweet that is full of junk, imagine how many other sweets are damaging our kids.

Its 11pm, 3 degrees outside, no-one in site for miles, all the kids are asleep, cars parked, there is peace and quiet. What a wonderful time to relax and de-stress…. UNTILL your damn neighbor’s dogs decide to bark non-stop for the next hour. Im talking at least 4 houses away. That constant woof woof woof woof woof woof woof woof goes on and on as if its a dripping tap with a damaged washer – dripping into the very core of your skull. Now being 4 houses away and yet the sound is as if the mutts are right next to me, one has to question the infinite knowledge when you cry out to that someone – something WWWHHYYYYY…. “Do the neighbors not hear their dogs barking?” I mean they in the same damn yard. Are they asleep, blasting some hypnotic music, not at home (every night) or just plain inconsiderate? and stupid.
Another bark !!!!
Why do they keep these animals in the first place if they don’t come out to check what the THINGS are barking for. DOGS SHOULD BE KILLED – PERIOD. They are filthy and stupid. Yeah yeah, you can train them blah blah… but in the cold heart of winter they choose to stand by a gate barking because they probably smelt some dog ass 50km away.
Im going out with my gun. If you don’t see another post from me, then know I’ve been thrown in jail by the SPCA. DAWG !

Theres past few days have been really damn cold. Up to -5 degrees is no joke. Its like you constantly have to have a heater by your side. Your toes freeze up all day. Only good thing – no need to keep ice water in the fridge.
My finders are too cold to continue typing – sorry

BOYCOTT the Mail & Guardian newspaper
Wow, just a few hours after I posted an article on Apple pulling an app because of it being “anti-Islam”. I never thought that it would hit our shores so fast. Have we not learnt about RESPECT yet? Have we not learnt from the uproar the Danes caused? the Mail & Guardian has “bravely” gone and published a competition to draw The Prophet Muhammed (PBUH). Islam fobids the drawing of not only Muhammed (PHUH) but of any other Prophet (PBUT).
Why is it that the Mail & Guardian will tempt such a thing? i can only think of one answer – MORE EXPOSURE. We all know that it will create a huge uproar in South Africa therefore everyone will want to buy the paper just to see whats the big deal. Shame on you M&G.
I just feel that we have lost respect for our parents, friends, colleagues, bosses, people and OURSELVES. We hide behind “freedom of speech” and “right of expression” .
Anyway, a newspaper is there to report news – not to disrespect religions. It was NOT necessary to do such a thing. Whats your view point? Once agin be civil.

Dances with - no words -
Jacob Zuma, the man who has successfully become the president of South Africa. Dances like a moneky in public, has unmarital sexual relations and “believes’ that a shower will clean you from Aids – this man just doesnt siece to amaze us and the world. Last night while watching the news on ETV, I couldnt believe my ears when they said that is take R15million (R15 000 000) a year to support his wives and children. Lets do some math.
1. R1 250 000 a month
2. R41 666 a day
3. R1736 per hour
Can you spend R1736 an hour for 24 hours for the whole year? Jacob Zuma can. I didnt vote for this monkey, I mean president, but I sure hope that the poor people who did are happy that they have a president who spends their money on his family while they have a one room house – if they even have one.

What could R15 000 000 do for this community?
Heres an insert from AllAfrica.com.
The cost to the taxpayer of support for President Jacob Zuma ‘s wives and children almost doubled in 2009-10, soaring to more than R15m from R8m a year before, according to figures released by the Presidency yesterday.
Speculation has been rife since Zuma came to power over the cost of his extended family, both during his term and once he has left office, and whether this would include children born from extramarital relations.
Yesterday, in response to a question from Democratic Alliance parliamentary leader Athol Trollip, Minister in the Presidency Collins Chabane said that in 2008-09 the spousal office budget was R8,076m while the adjusted budget for 2009-10 was R15,517m. The spousal office in the Presidency provides support and benefits to spouses and children of the president.
When Trollip asked what the expenses and benefits enjoyed by Zuma’s wives and children were, Chabane provided guidelines.
“Although the spouses have no constitutionally defined roles, obligations or responsibilities and as such are not remunerated by the state, they are, however, expected to provide support to the President in the execution of his duties, and specifically at state and official functions. In addition, the spouses may fulfil other official functions in support, and in the interest, of the Republic. read more from AllAfrica.com
