It’s only a matter of time and seems inevitable that file sharing websites like Megaupload will be closed down. Apparently the USA feels that it can control the internet and seems to be getting it right without the help of SOPA and PIPA. Filesonic has recently followed suit and closed its file sharing completely which actually makes the facility totally useless. Now you can only download files that you have uploaded – no more sharing. The FBI says that this is to kill piracy especially for the entertainment arena. I don’t think so, something smells really fishy. If the FBI has the power to close down websites as huge as Megaupload, imagine what they can do to religious websites but by merely saying that they have terrorist content. Who knows where they will stop – if they do.
Well I personally have an UNLIMITED LIFETIME PREMIUM account with Filesonic where I share files. Theres are files that are for clients – like Photoshop mockups and designs which are way too huge to email. Now I cannot share these files anymore. I am currently demanding my money back from Filesonic but I doubt i’ll get very far.
Im so sick of the USA controlling the world. While the American people say that it is their government and not the people – I beg to differ as it’s the American people who are so proud of that idiotic slogan – “THE AMERICAN DREAM”. Wake up you ignorant blind Americans and stop believing everything you see in the damn movies.
